Application process and interview
In order to better understand you, your qualifications and what job will be right for you, AAI conducts a thorough interview and application process. When possible, this process takes place in person where you will be asked to provide complete work history information as well as preference of shift, type of work and preference of location.
When meeting with a staffing manager, you will have the opportunity to discuss what vocational skills you have and what you are looking for in your next position. The staffing manager will discuss not only what specific skills you have, but also find out more about your experiences in job-related settings.
Reference and background checks
Atlantic Associates completes reference checks with previous employers and other references provided by applicants on our client’s behalf. When requested by our clients, AAI may also conduct background checks and drug testing. Once this process is complete, you will be offered jobs based on all the factors that we learn about you.
Associate Care Program
Once you are working, your contact with AAI does not end. We consistently maintain communication with you and your employer to ensure satisfaction. We also conduct monthly and quarterly reviews to provide appropriate feedback to our associates.
AAI consistently has a low turnover and a high retention rate among our associate population thanks in large part to our associate recognition and incentive plans. These plans are designed to help minimize attrition as well as reward performance.
