AAI considers benefits to be a critical aspect of associate care. By providing a full suite of benefits, AAI is able to attract and retain the very best that the marketplace has to offer, and thus provide optimal service to our clients.
AAI provides all of our associates with access to an array of benefits and programs at no additional charge to our clients. Benefits do not vary by position or skill set. Associates are eligible to receive these benefits after a 90-day waiting period upon being hired.
The following outlines current benefits that are available; most insurance benefits are paid by the associate:
- Medical, immediately eligible, 33% paid by Atlantic after 90 days.
- 401(k) Plan, immediately eligible, company does not match contributions.

- MBTA subsidy allowance
There are also AAI clients that have negotiated specific benefit packages for associates assigned to their facilities. These benefits may include:
