Coming from the South Shore,
Route 128 northbound:

Take exit 15A Route 1, Dedham. Follow Route 1 for approximately 3 to 3½ miles. Stay in the right hand lane after you see Firestone Tires. You will come to the intersection of Spring St and Route 1 (Spring Street Café will be on your right). Stay straight to go on to the VFW Parkway. You will pass a Bubbles Laundry on your right and Home Depot on your left, at that point, start looking for 1208 VFW on your right. You will see a sign that says “1208 VFW” and “Fitness etc.” Take a RIGHT into that driveway, drive all the way to the back (Pass 1208A and B). Our building is 1208. There is ample parking in the lot out front. Take the stairs or elevator up to the 2nd floor and go to Suite 203.
